Sichuan Huacan Electronics Co., LTD., founded in 2010, is a high-tech enterprise with the assistance of the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, focusing on the r&d, production and sales of sensor IC and power IC. It has formed a complete product line in magnetic sensor chip, temperature sensor chip, pressure sensor chip, VDMOS and IGBT and other fields. Eleven related patents have been obtained, and 9 academic papers have been published, of which 2 have been included in SCI, 1 in Chinese core journals and 6 in IEEE.
