Pressure sensing IC

The system chip of Huacan pressure sensor is realized by MEMS+CMOS technology, which is a single chip and greatly reduces the size of the chip. The overall error of the sensor is less than 1%, and the pressure measurement range is different according to different models. It has the characteristics of output end and power supply or ground short-circuit protection, and output full swing. The operating voltage of the chip is 5V, and the operating temperature ranges from -40℃ to 140℃.
