Summary:
HC30H05 series digital thermometers provide temperature measurement with 9 to 12bit resolution. Low and high temperature alarms can be realized through programmable non-volatile storage units. HC30H05 uses a single bus protocol to communicate with the upper computer, requiring only one signal line and one ground line. Its temperature measurement range is from -80°C to +200°C. The test accuracy can reach ±0.5°C in the range of -10°C to +80°C. In addition, it can work in parasitic mode and power the chip directly through the signal line, thus requiring no additional power supply. Each HC30H05 has a unique global 64-bit serial number, which can connect multiple HC30H05 in series on the same single bus for networking. Only one processor is required to control multiple HC30H05 distributed in a large area.
