Switches and latches
Hall integrated sensors (switches and latches) are designed and manufactured in Bipolar or BiCOMS processes. The circuit includes Hall induction region, differential amplifier, Schmidt trigger and so on. The new design and improved temperature compensation circuit can provide a wider power supply voltage range, higher operating temperature, higher sensitivity and shorter reaction time.
Linearity and current
Linear (current) Hall sensor can output linear voltage value according to the change of magnetic field, can convert the change of magnetic field or current into voltage signal for easy collection. Mainly used in current detection, position detection and speed regulation voltage and other fields.
Speed and gear
The product series of magnetic speed (gear) sensor designed and developed by Hucan electronics covers all kinds of speed detection and speed detection with direction, magnetic encoder (ring magnet) and gear tooth induction, GMR technology. It is widely used in gearbox, wheel speed, engine and motor.
Micro power consumption
The internal circuit of the micro-power Hall IC includes hall sensor, signal amplification and processing module, dynamic imbalance elimination module and latch module. These products are manufactured using the advanced BiCMOS process, which optimizes the overall circuit structure. CMOS output stage consumes much less current than the open leakage output IC, and achieves better working frequency.
