The chip has 1024Bit built-in non-volatile storage space, which is used for secondary calibration of temperature curves or storage of user information. When working in the temperature calibration mode, the chip can adjust -0.4375℃+0.4375℃ every 0.5℃ in the range of 128℃, and the precision of modification is 0.0625℃, which can meet the needs of users for high precision in wide temperature area.
