Programmable linear Hall integrated sensor IC

Summary:

HCI612 is a high-speed (240KHz bandwidth) programmable linear Hall integrated sensor IC developed specifically for current detection applications. The integrated temperature compensation circuit within the chip guarantees excellent temperature characteristics over the entire operating temperature range. With special programmer, users can easily customize sensitivity programming (1~24mV/Gs).
