HC9621
High precision differential Hall effect wheel speed sensor
Summary:
The differential Hall effect wheel speed sensor HC9621 has high sensitivity, excellent temperature stability and stable output duty ratio. The circuit responds to a differential magnetic field generated by a rotating ring magnet. The HC9621 integrates two Hall devices in response to the differential magnetic field intensity across the IC surface. When the magnetic field strength continues to increase through zero, the output drive tube changes from off (output high level) to on (output low level), and when the magnetic field strength weakens through zero, the output drive tube changes from on (output low level) to off (output high level).
Features:
- Integrated filter capacitor
- Accurate zero crossing flip
- Large magnetic induction spacing
- Wide range power supply voltage 4.5-24V
- Wide operating temperature range
- Reverse power supply protection
Application:
2D induction reluctance sensor switch, used in instrument, security, fire protection and other fields
