HHC6211 is a micropower, high sensitivity unipolar Hall switch sensor device.

The HC6211 internal circuitry consists of hall chip, voltage regulator module, signal amplification and processing module, dynamic imbalance cancellation module, latch module, and CMOS output stage. Because HC6211

Using advanced BI-CMOS process, the overall optimized circuit structure enables the product to obtain extremely low input error feedback. The product uses dynamic misalignment elimination technology, which eliminates misalignment voltage caused by package stress, thermal stress, and temperature gradient to improve device consistency. At the same time, the product adopts its miniaturized packaging process, making the product more high performance and market advantages.

The HC6211 is available in SOT23-3L, TSOT23-3, TO-92S, DFN1010-4L, DFN1216-4L, SOT553 packages with operating temperatures ranging from -40 °C TO 150°C.
