HC6209
All polar latching type
Low power Hall effect switch
Summary:
The HC6209 is a low-power, high-sensitivity all-polar Hall switch sensor with latch output.
HC6209 has magnetic field discrimination full polarity, that is, as long as the magnetic field is near the north or South Pole can be activated, the magnetic field is removed, the output is turned off. Different from other hall sensors, it does not need a specific north or South Pole to operate, reducing the difficulty of identifying magnetic poles during assembly. The product uses dynamic misalignment elimination technology, which eliminates misalignment voltage caused by package stress, thermal stress, and temperature gradient to improve device consistency.
The HC6209 internal circuit consists of hall chip, voltage regulator module, signal amplification and processing module, dynamic imbalance cancellation module, latch module, and CMOS output stage. Because CC6209 uses advanced BI-CMOS technology, the overall optimized circuit structure enables the product to obtain extremely low input error feedback. At the same time, the product adopts its miniaturized packaging process, making the product more high performance and market advantages.
The HC6209 is available in SOT23-3L and TO-92S packages with operating temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ TO 150℃.
