HC6205
Bipolar latching
Micropower Hall effect switch
Summary:
The HC6204/6205 is a low-power, high-sensitivity, bi-polar Hall switch sensor with latch output that directly replaces conventional reed switches. Especially suitable for battery-powered portable electronic products, such as mobile phones, cordless phones, laptops, PDAs, etc.
When the magnetic field South Pole is close to the CHIP HC6204TO marking surface and the magnetic field intensity reaches the threshold, the output low level; When the magnetic field North Pole is close to the CHIP HC6204/6205TO marker surface and the magnetic field intensity reaches the threshold, the output high level.
The hc6204/6205 internal circuit consists of Hall chip, voltage regulator module, signal amplification and processing module, dynamic imbalance cancellation module, latch module and CMOS output stage. The product uses dynamic misalignment elimination technology, which eliminates misalignment voltage caused by package stress, thermal stress, and temperature gradient to improve device consistency. Hc6204/6205 uses advanced BI-CMOS process and overall optimized circuit structure, resulting in extremely low input error feedback. At the same time, the product adopts its miniaturized packaging process, making the product more high performance and market advantages. The HC6204/6205 is available in SOT23-3L and TO-92S packages with operating temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ TO 150℃.
