Summary:
HC6111 is a single-pole Hall effect switching IC, manufactured with advanced BiCMOS, with excellent temperature stability and high mechanical stress resistance. The maximum operating temperature of the product can reach 150 degrees. HC6111 uses dynamic imbalance elimination technology and hucan electronic patent protection of temperature compensation technology, greatly reduced due to packaging stress, environmental temperature changes and other factors caused by the imbalance voltage, so that the product magnetic sensitivity to maintain a high degree of consistency.
The HC6111 contains a stabilized output module, Hall chip, signal amplification module, dynamic imbalance cancellation module, and a power output stage with finite current protection. The built-in voltage regulator output circuit module enables the chip to operate in the 2.5V to 28V supply voltage range.
The HC6111 is available in to-92S and SOT23-3L packages, both RoHS compliant, with ambient temperatures ranging from -40 °C TO 150°C.
