Summary:

HC3175 series Hall effect latch integrated sensor is a magnetic sensing circuit composed of voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, difference amplifier, Schmidt trigger and collector open output stage, its input is magnetic induction intensity, output is a digital voltage signal. It is a magnetic sensitive circuit with bipolar latching operation, which is suitable for working with ring magnets. Class I has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 150°C and can be used in the automotive industry and military engineering.
