High temperature Hall effect switch

Summary:

Hc3040/3144 series Hall effect switch integrated sensor is a magnetic sensing circuit composed of voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, Schmidt trigger and collector open output stage, its input is magnetic induction intensity, output is a digital voltage signal. It is a single-pole magneto-sensitive circuit suitable for rectangular or cylindrical magnets. Class I has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 150°C and can be used in the automotive industry and military engineering.
