HC481
Programmable double click latch hall IC
Summary:
The HC481 is a programmable double click latch Hall integrated sensor, which is normally s-pole sensing and can change polarity by turning into EEPROM. The HC481 Hall Effect sensor has stable temperature characteristics and enhanced stress resistance, making it particularly suitable for operation in a wide temperature range from -40°C to 150°C. The HC481 series includes an EEPROM, voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, signal amplifier, chopper stabilizer, Schmidt trigger and a drain output with short circuit protection. The device can operate at a low voltage of 2.8V.
Features:
- AEC-Q100 certification
- Programmable to change the opening and closing points, and change the polarity
- Digital single-pole switch Hall sensor
