High sensitivity digital monopole Hall IC
Summary:
HCA92X/HCI92X Series Hall effect sensors offer stable temperature characteristics and enhanced stress resistance, making them particularly suitable for operating in a wide temperature range from -40°C to 150°C. The HCA92X/HCI92X series includes a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, signal amplifier, chopper stabilizer, Schmidt trigger and a drain output with short circuit protection. The device can operate at low voltages of 2.5V.
