HC44X
Summary:
HC44X Hall effect sensor has excellent temperature stability and stress resistance. Excellent temperature characteristics, stable operation from -40°C to 150°C. The HC44X series consists of a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, signal amplifier, Schmidt trigger and short circuit protection circuit. The open leakage output current is up to 25 mA.
A built-in voltage regulator allows the device to operate at supply voltages from 2.5 to 22 V. The device can be used in applications with voltages as low as 2.5V. HC44X series is a bipolar latch Hall device, adding reverse protection circuit, so that the device can work reliably and stably.
