HC41 family
Bipolar Hall integrated sensor
Summary:
HC41 Series hall integrated sensors include HC 41F, HC S41, and HC N41. It is designed for brushless motors and provides commutator steering. The circuit includes Hall sensor, differential amplifier, and Schmidt trigger. An improved design has also been made to provide higher temperature characteristics. The HC41F offers a wider supply voltage range, higher operating temperatures, higher sensitivity and shorter reaction times.
Features:
- Wider power supply voltage range: 3.8 to 30V
- Temperature compensation circuit
- High sensitivity
- Operating temperature -40 ~ 150 oC
- TTL and MOS ICs output directly
- Reverse power supply connection protection diode, can make reverse breakdown voltage up to 80V
